Located in Westbrook Village at UBC the excavation and shoring for UBC Eton House in Vancouver consisted of 86,000yd³ of excavation and 38,000ft² of shotcrete.  The challenging site conditions required the use of sheet piles around the existing pond in Michael Smith Park.
