ASPAC’s signature building for the third phase of Harbour Green required excavation, shoring, jet grouting, micropiles and a bentonite/cement cutoff wall to prevent migration of contaminants.

Scope of work

  • Excavation: 34,000 cubic yards
  • Jet Grout Foundation Support Columns: ~13,000 ft²
  • Shoring Wall Area: ~12,000 ft²
  • Shoring Anchors: 338 anchors totaling ~10,500 ft
  • Micropiles
  • Bentonite Soil Cement Cutoff Wall for Contaminats
