Project Description
ASPAC’s signature building for the third phase of Harbour Green required excavation, shoring, jet grouting, micropiles and a bentonite/cement cutoff wall to prevent migration of contaminants.
Scope of work
- Excavation: 34,000 cubic yards
- Jet Grout Foundation Support Columns: ~13,000 ft²
- Shoring Wall Area: ~12,000 ft²
- Shoring Anchors: 338 anchors totaling ~10,500 ft
- Micropiles
- Bentonite Soil Cement Cutoff Wall for Contaminats
